Welcome to TablaYoga.com.   TablaYoga is a form of hatha vinyasa yoga practice, accompanied by tabla drumming.  The Tabla drums originated on the continent of India, and are approximately 400 years old.  An incredibly melodic and dynamic percussion instrument, the tablas have the ability to transform space into meditative bliss.   Such is the idea behind combining the beauty of Tabla drumming with the awesome transformative power of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga.
